HNCL is a leading Canadian company in the fields of environmental consulting, health management and education, interactive software application development and system integration, and training. . HNCL unique multidisciplinary team has extensive expertise working with different industries to develop innovative solutions. Computer engineers, marine scientists, and physicians work together with a creative graphic designers and film producers to provide state-of-the-art answers to today's problems and challenges of the future.

We develop the first of many solutions; in 1984 the company was the first to integrate software applications such as AutoCAD with Dbase II and two dimensional oil spill trajectory model into one system; which is an industry standard. In 1990 HNCL was the first company to utilize multimedia technology in environmental education; in 2000 the company was one of the first to produce a complete web-based/DVD chronic diseases educational systems.

While the core of our business is health and environment, we expanded our expertise to provide complete solutions to our clients by incorporating software development, Internet services, and designing and producing digital and printed educational and marketing materials.

In addition to our team, HNCL has an extensive network of associates in different industries in many parts of the world.
